Meeting and Events Manager – Luxury Resort Hotel
We are seeking a Meeting and Events Manager for a luxury resort hotel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale meetings and events in a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment. This role requires exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences through flawless execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of event or banquet management experience in a luxury resort or high-end hotel
- Proven high-volume operations background
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
- Excellent collaboration across departments, including culinary, sales, and operations
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of meetings, weddings, corporate, and social events
- Lead and mentor the events and service teams
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments and maintain top-tier guest satisfaction
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and event logistics
