General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3 years general manager experience in a full service restaurant or private club or venue
- Extensive wine knowledge in selling and pairings, Italian wine knowledge a BIG plus
- Operations experience with building a great team
- Experince in building and developing training programs
