District Sales Manager – Los Angeles

District Sales Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive compensation with an uncapped commission structure bringing total earnings to $100K–$150K annually.
- 3 weeks PTO and 10 paid holidays.

District Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B outside sales to small businesses, with measurable success in hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent driving record; you will be on the road in your region 4+ days per week.
- Go-getter mentality with the ability to develop relationships within a short sales cycle.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume sales role with the autonomy to get the job done.
- Fantastic customer service mentality to provide the best service possible to clients.
District Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in a similar B2B sales environment is required.

- Drive sales growth by managing and expanding accounts within your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with small business clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
