Regional Sales Manager – DMV Area
Join a fast-growing commercial cleaning company recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. We’re expanding across the Mid-Atlantic and seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth and build high-performing sales teams.
Regional Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ($100,000 – $150,000 based on experience) with uncapped commission earning potential

Regional Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B JANITORIAL sales experience
- Sales experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services is REQUIRED, preferably from a larger company
- Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service-based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of Sales Managers, generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, closing deals, and supporting client relationships
Regional Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Previous exposure to startup or high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfully
- Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
