Casual Full-Service Sous Chef Requirements
- High volume experience of $5-Million Annually
- Minimum of at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role
- Understanding of ingredients, flavor profiles, and commercial kitchen processes
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train
- Servant-leader personality
