We are seeking an experienced Project Controller for a well-established, growing company. The ideal candidate for the Project Controller role will ensure that projects adhere to approved budgets, timelines, and financial targets by monitoring expenditures, forecasting costs, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Project Controller Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial project control, cost analysis, or project accounting in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction project lifecycle, contracts, and billing structures.
• Experience with ERP or project accounting software (Procore, Viewpoint, Sage 300 CRE) is preferred.
• PMP, CMA, or construction accounting certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction cost control, financial analysis, and budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data analytics/reporting tools.
Project Controller Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range of $80K – $90K, based on experience
