Job Title: Executive Chef

Overview:
We’re seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. This role is responsible for all back-of-house operations, team leadership, food quality, and production standards. You’ll inspire, train, and develop your team while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen that delivers exceptional hospitality.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all back-of-house team members, operations, and food production
- Train and mentor kitchen leaders and team members
- Oversee butchering, portion control, and execution of quality recipes daily
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards
- Interview, hire, and develop team members to meet staffing goals
- Manage ordering of produce, seafood, and other food supplies
- Conduct bi-weekly inventory with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with the management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Butchering experience required; scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Passion for culinary excellence and a team-driven kitchen culture
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calm, organized, and composed under pressure
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
