What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions for the hotel
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
- Monitor daily revenues, expenses, and cost controls to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Lead and support the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity
- Partner with department heads to support strategic financial decisions
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA a plus)
- Must have previous experience in a full-service hotel
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with standard restaurant POS, QuickBooks, ADP, and Opera
