A well-established, full-service restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and uphold exceptional service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for a results-oriented professional passionate about team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
General Manager Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $60,000–$75,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Proven success managing 75+ team members across FOH and BOH
- Strong command of P&L management, cost controls, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills
General Manager Must Haves
- Lead and develop management and hourly staff to achieve performance goals
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring service, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Review P&L results, implement action plans, and partner with the Director of Operations on budgets
- Drive guest engagement and support marketing and event initiatives
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in multi-unit or multi-outlet operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Proven track record improving guest satisfaction and team culture
- Passion for hospitality, food quality, and creating memorable guest experiences
