Join a growing infrastructure consulting firm as a Project Manager in Civil Engineering. We're looking for an experienced professional to lead land development and utility infrastructure projects from concept through construction. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and a proactive mindset.
Civil Engineer-Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related field)
- Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in civil or environmental engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of working with various design software tools
- Skilled in both verbal and written technical communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Civil Engineer-Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery phases of site and utility infrastructure projects
- Oversee the development of technical documentation, including calculations, permits, and construction packages
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineering staff
- Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and subconsultants to maintain project alignment
- Conduct field visits to observe construction progress and ensure design compliance
- Manage the preparation of proposals, scopes, and budgets for new project opportunities
