Property Coordinator / Assistant Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Property Coordinator to provide exceptional operational support across multiple private residences. This role is crucial for ensuring the readiness and maintenance of properties while delivering high-quality service and discretion.

Property Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or private service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and adapt to a dynamic schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transporting items between properties
Property Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience working with high worth / Private Residential
- Familiarity with property maintenance and vendor management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations
- Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role. This position is very hands on.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
