The company is focused on developing strong leaders and is looking for an experienced General Manager ready to make an immediate impact with the potential for future growth into a market training role.
General Manager Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary $50,000–$60,000, with potential earnings up to $75,000 after bonuses
- Aggressive performance-based bonus paid every 4 weeks
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match after 90 days
- PTO that begins accruing immediately and is available after 6 months
General Manager Requirements and Must Haves
- Proven leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant environment
- Strong in systems and able to maintain consistency across operations
- Hands-on leader who sets the standard for their team
- Skilled in training, developing, and motivating managers and team members
- Confident communicator with the ability to have tough conversations and hold people accountable
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Familiar with P&L, labor management, and cost controls
- Values diversity and leads a team culture built on respect and accountability
