Operations Assistant

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Willingness to relocate for training and promotion opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong customer service skills, including conflict resolution
- Ability to facilitate difficult conversations with vendors
- Management and leadership qualities to train and develop lower-level employees
- Proficient in computer programs in Windows OS
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in logistics or operations management
- Familiarity with inventory management and data entry
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Willingness to travel for branch coverage and training as needed
