The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical skills, a refined palate, and a deep respect for seasonality and sourcing. They will partner closely with the Executive Chef to execute innovative menus, uphold consistent standards, and inspire excellence across the culinary team.

- Earn PTO from day one: 16 days each calendar year (prorated based on start date). After 5 years, PTO increases to 21 days.
