Account Manager – Events & Exhibits Industry | Orlando, FL

What You’ll Do
- Manage key client accounts from proposal through post-show wrap-up.
- Coordinate with internal design, production, and installation teams.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
- Serve as the main client contact, building relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Collaborate on creative solutions to elevate the client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in account or project management (preferably in exhibits, events, or experiential marketing).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with exhibit production, fabrication, or logistics a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70K to $80K+, commensurate with experience
- Benefits: Medical contribution, paid time off, 401K with company contribution (after 12 months)
