The Casino Director of Finance will oversee all financial functions across gaming and resort operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic growth in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Casino Director of Finance – Benefits and Compensation
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience
- Bonus: Up to 20% annual performance-based incentive

Casino Director of Finance – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in casino or resort accounting, including 5+ years in leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and gaming compliance standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required state and gaming certifications
Casino Director of Finance – Must Haves
- Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, audits, and reporting
- Oversee accounting, credit, cage operations, and count room departments
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal control policies
- Manage, train, and evaluate Finance department staff to maintain excellence
Casino Director of Finance – Preferred Background & Skills
- Proven success in casino or resort-based financial management roles
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with process improvement experience
- Skilled communicator who collaborates effectively with executive leadership and regulators
- Proficiency with gaming financial systems, audits, and reporting tools
