Payroll Administrator – Hospitality Focus

Payroll Administrator Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
- Proficiency in ADP
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting systems
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to process payroll accurately and on time for 500+ employees
- Experience managing payroll adjustments including tips, commissions, and gratuities
- Capability to maintain employee data in ADP, including onboarding, terminations, and changes
- Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records and assist with system training for managers
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Provide backup support to accounting functions such as deposits and vendor payments
Payroll Administrator Preferred Background & Skills:
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Additional certifications in payroll processing or related fields
- Experience with payroll compliance and regulations
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems beyond ADP
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
