Vice President of Business Development – Remote

Vice President of Business Development Requirements & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in corporate event management business development or sales leadership
- Proven track record of securing large-scale accounts and driving revenue growth
- Executive-level experience in leading and scaling business development operations
- Strong strategic thinking and results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Apple products, Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM systems
- Ability to produce a minimum of 2 million in new clients/acquisitions annually
- Experience in tracking and reporting business development activities and performance metrics
Vice President of Business Development Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on optimizing business development practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in marketing materials
- Adaptable, resourceful, and a quick learner
- Ability to provide real-life examples of successfully closing new business, including strategies implemented, challenges faced, and measurable outcomes
- Willingness to provide three references: two professional and one personal
