Employment Law Associate (Plaintiff-Side Litigation)
Our client, a well-established employment and labor law firm, is seeking a motivated Employment Law Associate to join its expanding team. The firm handles high-profile wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and employment litigation on behalf of workers across California.
This position provides direct mentorship from senior trial attorneys, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to contribute to cases with statewide and national impact. It’s a great fit for an early-career attorney who wants to grow within a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on employee rights and workplace justice.
Employment Law Associate – Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive base salary: $130,000 – $175,000, plus bonus potential

Junior Employment Law Associate – Requirements and Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar membership
- 1–2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in employment law or wage and hour disputes
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a plaintiff-side law firm environment (defense-to-plaintiff transitions welcome)
Preferred Background and Skills
- Familiarity with California labor and employment law, PAGA claims, and class action litigation
- Prior experience supporting discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Demonstrated passion for employee rights, workplace fairness, and complex civil litigation
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of projects
