Corporate HR Manager – Cleveland, OH
We are seeking an experienced Corporate HR Manager to lead benefits, leave administration, compliance, and HR operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Corporate HR Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Corporate HR Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on benefits and compliance
- Strong knowledge of employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
- HR certifications are a plus
- Manage benefits, 401(k), workers’ compensation, and leave programs
- Oversee unemployment claims, compliance reporting, and WOTC
- Support HRIS, onboarding, and employee relations
Corporate HR Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a corporate HR environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
