A fast-growing hospitality company in Columbus is looking for a hands-on Director of Sales to lead a talented team and help turn an overflow of leads into consistent wins. If you thrive on relationships, coaching teams, and closing deals, this is an incredible opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of five sales professionals and drive accountability
- Manage and convert 30+ daily inbound leads using Tripleseat
- Grow and maintain a strong book of business in Columbus
- Develop sales strategies to increase conversions and client retention
- Travel quarterly to other Midwest locations to share best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales leadership experience (hospitality or event sales preferred)
- Experience with Tripleseat required
- A passionate closer who’s not afraid to stay late when needed
- Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
