Paralegal Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Draft, prepare, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with all court rules and deadlines.
- Manage case files from inception through resolution, maintaining organized documentation and accurate litigation calendars.
- Lead discovery and document management, including drafting responses, organizing productions, and managing review platforms.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in corporate, real estate, and estate planning matters.
- Assist with trial preparation, assembling exhibits, creating trial binders, and coordinating witnesses and experts.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients, contributing to strategy and case management with professionalism and discretion.
- Bring at least 5 years of paralegal experience and a degree or Paralegal Certificate, with proven strength in writing, organization, and multitasking.
