Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Altruistic nature and supportive management style
- Open availability for scheduling flexibility
- Strong desire to grow within the company
- Excellent guest service skills and team development capabilities
- Financially responsible with experience in cost management
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our operational methods
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in both independent and corporate restaurant environments
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive team atmosphere
- Proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction and team performance
- Additional certifications in hospitality management or related fields would be a plus
