Senior Labor & Employment Law Attorney Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $220K–$300K+ (commensurate with experience)

Senior Labor & Employment Law Attorney Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience in traditional labor law
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Wisconsin Bar license, ow willingness to obtain
- Strong analytical, writing, and public speaking skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads independently
- Skilled in legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and trial preparation
- Committed to mentoring junior attorneys
