Front Office Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of guest-facing hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience in a boutique or luxury hotel setting; knowledge of Forbes 5-star standards is required
- Proven ability to oversee all aspects of Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations, and Bell Services
- Strong leadership skills with a keen sense for hiring, training, and coaching high-performing teams
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
