Join a specialized tax advisory firm serving multinational companies, particularly in the natural resources industry with complex cross-border tax matters across the Americas, Europe, and Australia. We're seeking an experienced and driven tax professional to lead engagements, manage teams, and deliver high-value consulting and compliance services.
Tax Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead complex tax planning, restructuring, and M&A consulting projects.
- Manage preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and international tax filings.
- Serve as the main client contact on technical tax matters.
- Conduct research and draft memoranda on federal, state, and international tax issues.
- Oversee and mentor staff on compliance and provision work (ASC 740, IAS 12).
Tax Manager Requirements:
- CPA and Master’s in Taxation (or equivalent).
- 7+ years in tax compliance or consulting, ideally in public accounting.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and tax software (preferably GoSystem Tax RS).
