This role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth business operations through precise contract management, process coordination, and exceptional client support. Contracts and Operations Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative, operations, or contract management experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in deadline-driven environments
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Positive, dependable, and proactive work ethic
- Committed to long-term employment and professional growth
Contracts and Operations Manager Must-Haves:
- Process and verify contracts for accuracy, payment, and documentation
- Manage communication between sales, finance, and operations teams
- Support legal and public notice publishing requirements, including affidavits and proofing
- Provide responsive and professional customer service by phone and email
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure daily task completion
- Identify and help implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while meeting frequent deadlines
Candidates must be located in the Tempe, AZ area and able to commute daily to the corporate office.
This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday) — remote work is not available.
