Our client is seeking a highly-qualified Director of Sales for their upscale boutique property. Director of Sales Perks:

Director of Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive group business, including room sales, F&B sales, and banquet services.
- Attend networking events, local meetings, and conventions to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct site tours and maintain an accurate customer database.
- Develop and manage contracts, following up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee the departmental budget and monitor performance against established profit plans.
Director of Sales Qualifications:
- 2+ years of high-end, full-service or luxury hotel sales experience.
- Experience with major hotel brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Hyatt) strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to work on-site, full-time in Tulsa, OK
