The firm is growing rapidly and is at capacity with its current workload, creating a newly added associate position. Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney – Benefits and Compensation

Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney – Requirements & Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Maryland/DC area
- 3–4 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law
- Background in telecom, leasing, or industrial development work
- Prior large-firm training or equivalent level of sophistication in client matters
Must Haves
- Draft and negotiate leases, amendments, and related agreements in wireless and industrial real estate transactions
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of client matters with attention to detail and deadlines
- Communicate directly with clients and partners, ensuring responsive and clear updates
- Work independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability for billable hours
Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney – Preferred Background & Skills
- Large national or regional law firm training strongly preferred
- Experience working on transactions for wireless carriers, telecom infrastructure, or industrial developers
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-directed with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced firm environment
- Interest in joining a firm with long-term growth opportunities and significant client exposure
