Kitchen Manager Benefits:

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the kitchen team while holding them accountable
- Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times in every aspect of the business
- Manage high standards of service and cleanliness
- Keep operations running smoothly in a very high-volume environment
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a Full-Service Restaurant KM role in a high-volume, systems-oriented casual environment
- Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships
- Inventory, ordering and delivering on cost controls
- Strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards is a must
