Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences while driving performance and profitability? We are seeking a Hotel General Manager like YOU to lead our team in executing the highest level of Guest Service for two of our amazing properties!
Dual Hotel General Manager Requirements:
- 6+ years of progressive experience as a Dual Hotel General Manager (full service) is a MUST
- Must have a passion for team engagement, retention and guest satisfaction
- Proactive problem-solver and able to lead and inspire the team
- Multi-property leadership experience with Marriott hotels
- Operations experience with 300+ hotel rooms
- Experience with QA inspections and maintaining a high level of service
- Strong knowledge of financials, labor control, and guest satisfaction metrics with the ability to drive revenue growth
Dual Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of both properties – not limited to front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering.
- Lead and develop the team with integrity to ensure brand standards are achieved consistently.
- Maintain a memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Implement best practices that elevate guest satisfaction and foster a culture
- Prepare budgets, forecast revenue and partner on marketing initiatives to achieve goals.
- Conduct regular property audits, inspections and evaluations.
Dual Hotel General Manager Benefits:
- Excellent base pay -$150,000. – $165,000.00
