Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, train and manage the team to excellence
- Ensure the location is operating to the highest level of safety protocols daily
- Oversee financials, costs and drive revenue
- Uphold food quality and company culture at all times
- Create a positive work environment
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in casual dining or fast-casual restaurants. The ideal candidate has the ability to move into a multi-unit role quickly or already has had some experience overseeing multiple locations
- Tech-savvy: must be comfortable with third-party tech platforms
- Must have excellent tenure and clear career progression
- Strong leadership and financial skillset; you are someone who leads from the trenches
- Passion for food and the desire to move your career forward
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
