This role goes beyond basic renewals — you’ll be an integral part of managing a book of business, ensuring retention, and being the trusted resource for clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage renewals and re-shop policies when needed.
- Handle endorsements, billing questions, and claims assistance with professionalism.
- Monitor and follow up on carrier downloads and non-pay cancellations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Florida 2-20 license (required).
- Previous independent agency experience strongly preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
