What You’ll Do:
- Build lasting client relationships while generating and closing new personal lines business.
- Cross-sell and round out existing accounts to provide comprehensive coverage.
- Guide clients through coverage options with a focus on education and trust.
- Stay sharp on Florida insurance market trends and carrier guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Florida 2-20 license (required).
- Experience in an independent agency setting (preferred).
- A people-first mindset with strong sales and communication skills.
- A motivated professional who values ethics, integrity, and client care.
