Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 3 years of high volume experience in upscale dining
- True leader who helps to develop others in the kitchen
- Solid understanding of operations as well as cost control
- Timely, punctual and detailed oriented
- Maintain inventory, ordering, and food prep & execution
- Maintains composure and makes sound decisions in high-stress situations
