Restaurant Manager Opportunity – Charlotte, NC
We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team of a high-volume, well-regarded establishment in Charlotte. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values guest satisfaction, and can effectively lead front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Lead, train, and develop service staff to achieve high standards of hospitality
- Partner with the culinary team to coordinate service and execution
- Monitor labor, scheduling, and operational costs to meet financial goals
- Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong understanding of service operations, scheduling, and cost controls
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A hands-on leader committed to delivering consistency and guest satisfaction
