Equipment Service / Maintenance Technician
Locations: West Bend, Sheboygan, and Oshkosh, WI
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Service / Maintenance Technician to join our team and support our Car Wash locations. This full-time role involves maintaining and repairing car wash equipment while ensuring optimal performance across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of car wash equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Support multiple Car Wash locations in West Bend, Sheboygan, and Oshkosh, WI.
- Travel daily between locations; occasional overnight stays required.
- Work occasional weekends as needed.
- Utilize company-provided vehicle, specialty tools, and training to perform duties.
- Relocate with available assistance if needed (candidates may reside near Oshkosh, West Bend, or Manitowoc, WI).
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in car wash equipment maintenance/repair strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and overnight stays as required.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
