Culinary Director / Research and Development Chef

Culinary Director / Research and Development Chef Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary range: $175K–$195K base

Culinary Director / Research and Development Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in multi-unit or regional kitchen leadership, with a focus on scratch-kitchen operations
- Proven success in menu rollouts, new initiatives, and promotions
- Strong back-of-house (BOH) operational knowledge, including cost controls and P&L management
- Experience with new restaurant openings
- Willingness to travel frequently; proximity to a major airport is ideal
- Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a relentless pursuit of excellence
Culinary Director / Research and Development Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Culinary degree required; skill and leadership are paramount
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve high standards
- Ability to build and develop strong BOH leaders across multiple locations
