We’re looking for a Dispatcher/Client Service Specialist to coordinate daily routes and serve as the communication hub for technicians and customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Dispatch and schedule field technicians
- Answer customer calls & provide updates
- Optimize routes for efficiency
- Maintain records and service logs
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in dispatching/scheduling or customer service
- Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
- Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
