A National Resort management group seeks an accomplished Director of Human Resources to join one of its premier luxury resorts in the Midwest. This destination Resort includes lodging, residences, golf, multiple dining venues, and banquets and events. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the People & Culture strategy of a world-golf destination.

Qualifications
- Design and deliver engaging training programs across departments
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
- Manage and update HR policies and procedures to align with current regulations
- Lead onboarding and orientation processes for all new hires
- Support employee engagement and implement recognition initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, HR certification – SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive Resort or Luxury Hotel Human Resources experience
- Understanding of employment law, talent development, business acumen, and organizational behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cultural transformation and employee engagement programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Comfortable relocating to and living in a remote resort environment
