Multi-Unit Operations Leader Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience of 6 units or more

• Proven background in drive-thru quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations

• Ability to successfully manage and develop teams across multiple locations

• Experience overseeing new store openings, including staff training and operational setup

• Hands-on, flexible leadership style with the ability to quickly adapt to growth and change

• Available to start immediately and travel as needed for training and openings

Multi-Unit Operations Leader Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience scaling brands or leading operations in a high-growth environment

• Outgoing, high-energy personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for team culture
