We are seeking an Automation Control Engineer with strong experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA design, and industrial automation systems. This position involves designing, programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning control systems for manufacturing and process environments. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of hands-on experience and is comfortable working with multiple PLC and HMI platforms.

Automation Control Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design, program, test, and maintain PLC control systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, ABB, GE, Modicon, etc.).
- Develop and maintain HMI/SCADA applications (FactoryTalk View, Aveva, Crimson, ABB).
- Create and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and cabinet layouts using CAD software.
- Troubleshoot and debug electrical and control circuits, VFDs, servos, and industrial networks.
- Commission automation systems at customer sites.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and contribute to proposals and project design.
Automation Control Engineer Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience with PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text, function charts).
- 5–10 years of experience with HMI/SCADA development.
- Knowledge of EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet and common industrial networks.
- Strong skills in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and create electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and logic diagrams.
- CAD proficiency (control panels, wiring schematics).
- Boiler/chiller systems or low-voltage design knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license; a passport a plus.
- Ability to travel and work extended hours when needed.
