Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, including leading a team of managers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead by example
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of effective cost management and inventory controls
- Proficient in MS Office and hospitality technology platforms (POS, inventory management, scheduling)
- ServSafe Manager certification
Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- High volume restaurant experience, managing over $8M in annual sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire team members
- Experience with community engagement and participation in events
