Business Development Representative Benefits & Compensation
- $80,000 base salary
- $100,000 guaranteed first-year earnings
- $160,000+ on-target earnings (OTE)

Business Development Representative Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of outbound sales or business development experience
- Proven ability to thrive in high-activity, metric-driven environments
- Strong cold-calling mentality and resilience in the face of rejection
- Confident communicator with a relentless work ethic and sense of urgency
- Coachable, energetic, and eager to learn consultative sales skills
- Desire to build a rewarding long-term sales career
Business Development Representative Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in staffing & recruiting sales, telecom sales, merchant services, copier sales, uniform sales, SaaS SDR/BDR roles, door-to-door, or field sales
- Backgrounds in high-volume B2B prospecting or as a recent competitive graduate, former college athlete, or fraternity/sorority leader
Business Development Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Establish and nurture relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and build a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Master solution-based, consultative sales techniques with ongoing coaching
- Collaborate with leadership to accelerate growth and maximize performance
- Embrace ongoing learning, consistently seeking to elevate sales expertise and results
