Executive Chef Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to make an immediate impact on restaurant results
- Ability to build strong, cohesive teams and pursue excellence relentlessly
- High volume Experience of 6M+
- Strong experience in event execution
- Review P&L results and develop a plan for possible improvements.
Executive Chef Preferred Background and Skills:
- High energy and a charismatic approach to guests interactions
- Background in catering, banquets, or event-driven operations
- Strong relationships with local purveyors and knowledge of sustainable sourcing
