Our client is looking for a Senior Manager – Business Systems. This role will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing company enterprise applications.
This is a Monday – Friday onsite position. No visa transfers or sponsorship are available for this role.
Sr. Manager, Business Systems Architect compensation:
- Salary of $175 – 200k plus bonus
- Paid Sick/Vacation/PTO

Sr. Manager, Business Systems Architect responsibilities:
- Architecture & Integration – Design and implement NetSuite, Salesforce, and other systems; oversee integrations and data flow with MuleSoft.
- Process Improvement – Analyze needs and optimize workflows across finance, sales, operations, and supply chain.
- Leadership & Collaboration – Guide projects from requirements to deployment while partnering with business leaders, IT, and vendors.
- Security & Compliance – Ensure SOX controls, data governance, and industry best practices are followed.
- Support & Enablement – Provide system administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, documentation, and training.
Sr. Manager, Business Systems Architect requirements:
- BS Information Systems/Computer Science
- 8+ years in business systems architecture (NetSuite, Salesforce, MuleSoft or similar).
- 5+ years managing IT teams and guiding enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience with the hands-on development of NetSuite financial modules and understanding of and SOX/ITGC compliance.
- Deep knowledge of integrations, APIs, middleware and ERP processes.
- Skilled in data modeling, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, ETL tools).
