Director of Banquets Benefits and Compensation:

Director of Banquets Requirements:
- Requires at least 5 years of direct experience in Banquet/F&B operations.
- Strong skills in coordinating high-volume banquets and effective communication.
- Robust management, leadership, and teamwork values.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must understand the Four Diamond service and beverage standards.
Director of Banquets Background:
- Luxury Resort or Full-Service Hotel background with HEAVY BANQUET OPERATIONS.
- Experience with at least 60,000 sq. ft. of event space, 75+ team members
- A team-oriented individual who can develop talent and increase the quality of service and overall guest experience
- Driven to achieve results and create unforgettable events
