Job Title: Catering & Operations Lead
Location: Austin, TX (On-Site)
Compensation: $55K–$60K + PTO + dining perks + leadership pathways

We’re a fast-moving, flavor-obsessed hospitality brand fueling Austin’s offices, events, and neighborhoods.
We’re looking for a Catering & Operations Lead to take the reins of our catering program and daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll run the floor, coach the team, and execute high-volume catering with precision. Most of our catering is corporate lunch service (30–300 guests), but we’re growing into full-service catering, and this role is key to building that future.
What You’ll Do
- Lead catering from intake to delivery—ensuring flawless execution every time.
- Manage daily FOH service with high standards for speed, hospitality, and consistency.
- Build and refine systems that keep catering scalable and efficient.
- Train, coach, and lead a team of 10+ to deliver seamless service.
- Partner with leadership on new menus, packaging, and catering models.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in catering or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and coaching experience.
- Tech-savvy with POS, scheduling, and catering tools.
- Extremely organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, resourceful, and proactive.
- Excited to grow with a brand and move into multi-unit or director-level leadership.
