Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends (Friday–Sunday availability required)
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a sporting good capacity
- Strong leadership skills to develop a high-performing team
- Ability to oversee financial performance, inventory control, and store operations
- Experience in training and mentoring staff to enhance product knowledge and service excellence
