The Territory Sales Manager at our client is focused on developing the client's business in the Northeast. The company offers SaaS solutions to Property Management companies. Our client is a growing company that is expanding its sales team in several regions throughout the country.
Territory Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Territory Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Individual contributor role initially, with potential future leadership.
- Drive new business in designated territory
- Target clients: property management C-suite (not property managers directly).
- Leverage existing contacts/networks in property management ecosystem (banks, insurance, reserve fund providers, etc.).
Territory Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Must have existing network and 4–5+ years selling into property management–related industries.
- Sales skills important but secondary to network/industry knowledge.
- Relationship-driven selling style is critical.
- Culture fit: long-term mindset, growth-oriented, able to represent company brand delicately in a tight-knit industry.
